Acreos Simulators fitted with air LGV90/C8 Pro with 3-point seat belt

At the recent Solutrans truck show in Lyon our UnitedSeats team saw the Acreos Truck Driving Simulator fitted with our air LGV90/C8 Pro fitted with 3-point orange seat belt. These training simulators allow drivers and trainee truck drivers to test their skills in various road types (Highways, side roads etc). and conditions (wet, dry, snowy).

The driver can practice manoeuvring and gear changes as they would in a normal truck. To make things more realistic these simulators are fitted with proper air seats with 3 point belts. The LGV90 air ride suspension in this case has a push/pull valve to add air, and the trainer sets the seat up before the trainee get’s to use the machine to sense road bumps and the motion of the truck. As the cost of training drivers in trucks on road is very high simulators are becoming very much ‘on trend’ to get people started.
