An economic solution for large tractors is to use a product like the LGV90/C2 PRO model. This not only provides vertical shock reduction but also Horizontal (Fore and Aft) Isolation. This latter feature is useful when pulling implements and trailers and the tractor driver is subjected to a forward and backward shock motion as he applies the tractor brakes. This can be most discomforting. The PRO also includes features such as 12v heaters to warm drivers on those cold winter mornings; a 0 to 360 degree turntable swivel to assist with ploughing and hedge cutting; adjustable armrests, air lumbar for lower back support, and a stylish back rest extension.

For the comfort of different size drivers a seat cushion length and tilt adjustment feature is at the operator’s disposal. Safety features such as a retractable lap belt and seat sensor switch are options. Apart from this deluxe Air seat, United Seats can provide solutions for all sizes of tractor: – vineyard tractors, orchard tractors, small, medium and large HP (Horse Power) models. Products such as our Mechanical suspension seat the ‘CS85/H90AR’ and Air suspension ‘LGV90/TOP25 AR’ are ‘Retro-styled’ to fit into ad retain the period look of most Medium and Large HP Classic Tractors, which are typically 20 to 35 years old. Additionally for the farm as United Seats are OEM approved on different Telescopic Handler brands such as GIANT, JLG, CATERPILLAR, and SDF our seats can also provide excellent retrofit solutions for all makes in the aftermarket including brands such as JCB, Manitou, Merlo and many others as well.

Our products can equally be fitted into Self Propelled Feed Machines and indeed our Air Seats are fitted at an OEM level by TRIOLIET and STRAUTMANN. United Seats can also be fitted into a variety of machines such as Combine Harvesters, Sugar Beet Harvesters and Crop Sprayers. A Choice of Deluxe fabric finishes or Water Resistant PVC upholstery is available, and seat width sizes can vary from as little as 390mm wide for vineyard tractors to 520mm wide for large Agricultural machines.
