United Group Inc USA Achieve Platinum Status! And it’s only July!

The UGI group based in Lake Forest near Chicago, USA are one of the leading seat providers in North America. They represent many leading seating brands and in November 2018 agreed to work with the UnitedSeats programme. 

United Group Inc are now supplying our product to the construction and mining sectors and have created a product area on their website for UnitedSeats. They supply the aftermarket, small and medium size OEM’S in the USA.

Evert Mallie and David Hale had the great pleasure of visiting Lake Forest in December 2019 to see the UGI team and Facility, which was a great experience. UGI has really pushed hard with the UnitedSeats range in 2020 in spite of the Covid-19 situation and achieved already our Platinum level status. A tremendous well done and thanks go to Paul, Scott, Bill and the rest of the UGI team. 

Some of the recent work includes an LGV120/C7 Pro fitted into a Komatsu Dozer (see photo). For overhead cranes their Director of engineering Scott Radtke designed a C7 Pro Pod seat fitted to a powerful pedestal/ riser. For backhoes he used our MGV120/C1 fitted with an HD turntable. All excellent solutions.
