UnitedSeats air seat solutions for Volvo wheeled loaders with CDC controls

Volvo is one of the leading brands in the construction machinery sector, with an extensive range of wheel loaders. These huge capacity machines are used for shovelling sand, soil, rock and gravel on very uneven terrain.

In the bigger machines they typically have good heavy-duty seats fitted as original equipment but by the very harsh nature of the work they do the seats are worn after heavy usage. Increasingly operators are looking for strong value for money replacement seats. The air LGV120/C7 Pro from UnitedSeats is an ideal replacement and can be supplied with Z-shaped universal installation brackets to assist retrofitting.
So this comfortable seat with a good range of adjustments can be mounted into standard wheel loaders.

However increasingly the Volvo wheel loaders have been equipped with CDC controls. These are mounted on articulated armrests to improve hand and arm comfort for operators when using Joysticks to manoeuvre and move loads. So now UnitedSeats has devised mounting brackets to fit the C7, C8 and C2 series of seat uppers that can take the original armrests and joystick controls. These are available for the Right-hand side of the seat (SI.800422) and left-hand side (SI.800522).

The right-hand bracket is clearly shown in the photos. Some of our specialist Volvo dealers like VLV Slovakia, Mammouth Equipements Canada and Makro Mehanika Croatia have already been using these variants. Now also to cater for health and safety requirements in quarries and mines the LGV120/C7 Pro can also be fitted with CDC brackets and 3-point seat belts.
