UnitedSeats all new air suspension LGV150 incoming

The Air LGV150 suspension with 150 mm of vertical travel, is an upgraded version of the popular LGV120 suspension (100 mm) with the additional features of adjustable damper and for/aft suspension. This additional vertical travel means the LGV150 can cope particularly well with rough and very rocky or stoney surfaces.

Adjustable damper
The adjustable damper of the LGV150 air suspension is perfect to alleviate the sudden movements of travelling on an uneven terrain, reducing vibrations and therefore stress to the body of the driver.

Fore/aft suspension
The horizontal/ fore/aft suspension is present to dampen unpredictable forward and backwards movements when pulling trailer units that you would experience in the rough landscapes of construction sites, mines and quarries.

Technical specifications
The suspension comes as a 24V version as standard, with weight adjustment up to 150 kg (as per official test), including a weight indicator with Green protective zone marked. In real terms, we believe the suspension can hold 165 kg plus.

Ideal applications
We see this suspension and seat upper combinations such as the LGV150/C8 Pro (pictured) and LGV150/C7 Pro seats, as ideal replacements in large construction vehicles and in the mining sector. Typically suiting big machines such as dump trucks, large excavators, wheel loaders, scrapers and graders.

Customisation options
These options can be fitted with operator presence switches, 2-point, 3-point or 4-point seat belts, CDC and Sittab brackets, heating to personalise the seats to your specification. With the UnitedSeats modular system, the suspension can be used in all sorts of applications and can be coupled with our C1, C2, C4 seat uppers to use in various sectors.

Mounting and versions
It has 260 mm mounting centres and external multi hole mounting points to help assist fitment. A 12V version is also available for use in agricultural machines.
