The Fleet Maintenance App gives customers a clear overview of every seat in their fleet. Each seat can be registered with its own serial number, making it easier to track configuration, maintenance history and spare parts. This helps reduce downtime and keeps service, repair and replacement under control.

How does it work?

The application is fully cloud-based, giving you access to up-to-date information from any location and on any device. Every seat is registered with its own unique code, which is connected to an individual inspection and maintenance checklist.

This checklist records which components need to be replaced and when. If a specific part requires maintenance or repair, this can also be documented for each individual seat. During an inspection, the checklist is used to assess several key aspects, including:

• The condition of the foam components and upholstery;

• Correct operation of buttons, switches and levers;

• The functionality of all adjustment and positioning features;

• Signs of incorrect alignment or positioning;

• Previously completed maintenance and repair work.

This approach provides a clear overview of the condition and maintenance history of every seat, while ensuring that relevant information is always readily accessible.
