By combining practical application knowledge with engineering insight, we define the most suitable seating concept, ensuring alignment on performance, ergonomics and integration from the very beginning.

Engineering and design

Building on the defined concept, our team develops the seating solution into a fully detailed and manufacturable design. We ensure seamless integration into the OEM platform while balancing performance, durability and cost-efficiency.

• 3D design and CAD development;

• Integration into vehicle platforms and mounting interfaces;

• Material selection based on application and durability requirements;

• Compliance with relevant standards and regulations;

• Design optimisation for manufacturability and cost efficiency.

Prototyping

From design to physical product.

• Building initial prototypes;

• Fit and installation testing;

• AIterations and improvements;

• Fast feedback loops with the OEM.
