Production planning and delivery agreement
Once the seat has been approved for production, we agree to the practical planning with the customer. This includes expected monthly volumes, delivery schedules, lead times, packaging, stock levels and call-off agreements.
The goal is simple: the right seat, in the right quantity, at the right time. We align our supply with the customer's production planning and keep the process clear, predictable and workable for both sides.
Where needed, we can support forecast planning, safety stock and phased deliveries. This helps prevent shortages in production while avoiding unnecessary stock at the customer's site.
