Support process
Once the right seat has been selected, we support the next steps with drawings, pricing, quality documents, forecasts and lifecycle cost information.
Letter of agreement and supplier assessment;
Customer specific drawings;
RFQ with all technical specifications, available options and quality standards;

Quality assurance, validation & documentation
Based on the technical specifications of our (OEM) customers, we ensure that all seating solutions meet the required performance, safety and durability standards. All seats are produced under contract for us in a state of the art modern 75,000 m2 facility using the latest manufacturing techniques.
Our in-house indoor testing capabilities enable us to validate performance against key industry standards, including ISO 7096 (vibration testing), ISO 6683 (pull test), ISO 5353 (SIP measurement) and ISO 7176 (load, impact and frame strength testing), as well as robotic durability testing.
