For the development of its ESR series, Crown required a seating solution that combines comfort, compact design and compliance with current standards, while remaining within defined cost parameters.
Since 2013, UnitedSeats has been supplying seating solutions to Crown’s production facility in Munich.

The ESR5220 and ESR5240 models are equipped with the UnitedSeats MGV25/C5, available in several configurations. Thanks to its low-profile and compact design, the seat integrates seamlessly into the machine while maintaining a high level of operator comfort and safety.

UnitedSeats MGV25/C5 meets a lot of safety- and health requirements/standards, such as: EG Regulations 2006/42/CE - 3.4.3, ISO 6683/Seat belt strength test, ISO 7096 - EM3, EM8, vibration standard, EN 13490 - IT1 - Vibration standard and ISO 6683:2005;ISO 3376: 2006 - Seat belt pull test & anchor points.
