New UnitedSeats MGV80 mechanical suspension

UnitedSeats proudly introduces the UnitedSeats MGV80 mechanical suspension, developed in response to the growing demand for a compact and refined suspension system for medium horsepower tractors 70-100 HP. The UnitedSeats MGV80 suspension is particularly suitable for classic tractors (20 - 40 years old) that remain in daily use and require a modern seating upgrade without extensive modifications.

Compatible with multiple seat uppers

Designed with versatility in mind, the UnitedSeats MGV80 mechanical suspension is compatible with a wide range of UnitedSeats seat uppers, including the UnitedSeats C1, C5, C6, Mi600, Top 35 and Top55. This allows OEM customers and dealers to configure a seating solution that matches both the machine and the operator.

Designed for operator seating comfort

The mechanical suspension has similar dimensions to the KAB11 and XH2 suspensions and the Grammer DS83. The rotary weight adjustment knob can be easily set for drivers of 50 - 130 kg in weight. A 60 mm height riser is also available and 110 mm of suspension travel is available to eliminate nasty vibrations.

Suspension mounting holes are at 120 mm centres making it highly compatible, and 150 to 200 mm of slide rail travel is available depending on the slide rail type.

Ideal replacement seat for older tractors

This UnitedSeats MGV80 suspension, with a single upper, is now an ideal replacement seat for older tractors such as:
